How To Change What Event Information Is Displayed In Each View

In Timeline, Relationship, Narrative and Mindmap views, you can choose what information is displayed for each event.

Along with the label, you can choose from the following options:

  • Item Identifier
  • Date
  • Duration
  • Narrative Position
  • Summary
  • Blocks (excluding Relationship View)
  • Blocked By (excluding Relationship View)
  • Image (excluding Relationship View)
  • Related Item types (excluding Relationship View)

Changing the view settings for a view type will apply to all views of that type.

Desktop

  1. Make the active view the view you want to customise the displayed information for. 
  2. In the footer and click the Card Details icon ().
  3. In the popover, Select the options and relationships that you wish to be visible for each event in the view. 

iPad

  1. Make the active view the view you want to customise the displayed information for. 
  2. In the Sidebar, tap the View Settings icon ().
  3. In the View Settings panel, Select the options and relationships that you wish to be visible for each event in the view. 

iPhone

  1. In the toolbar, tap the overflow icon (   ), and then select tap the View Settings option
  2. In the View Settings panel, Select the options and relationships that you wish to be visible for each event in the view.
