How to limit the timeline to a fixed date range
By default, Timeline View will scroll infinitely in both directions, allowing you to navigate to any point in time to add events.
You can choose to limit the scroll range of your timeline by adjusting the Date Range:
- Date Range From determines the earliest date your timeline will scroll to
- Date Range To determines the latest date your timeline will scroll to
- You can choose to set zero, one, or both of these values: any value you don't set will default to infinite scrolling in that direction.
Date limits apply to the entire timeline, not individual views.
Note: If any items added to your timeline fall outside of the date range specified, the timeline scrolling will automatically expand to reach those items.
Instructions to limit your timeline range are given below for each platform.
